PVR DIGITAL RECORDER. Works perfectly. Works only with Hull/Gatineau Videotron service provider. You cannot connect it in the Ottawa area. The serial number displayed is for you to call Videotron to confirm that the system is available to be used. Im confirming that i disactivated the system and is ready to be used by someone else. I'm getting rid of it because I simply converted to an HD antenna on my TV.
